Our measures against the misuse of the email marketing application
1. checks and activates each account individually. At the same time we also ask for the exact origin of the email lists.
2. Email addresses such as info@..., support@..., sales@... are generally not accepted by us for mailings. In most cases such email addresses are addresses of companies with changing owners or the contact person is not even known. Therefore, we do not allow the use of these email addresses, as there is usually no fixed person behind the address and we have to assume that these addresses have been collected in a way that does not comply with our anti-spam policy.
3.  Our service can only be used after agreeing to our terms and conditions and anti-spam policy. We therefore point this out to our users several times when using our software. In order for the mailings to be sent, the user must agree to the guidelines by ticking them and confirming them explicitly.
4. In order to be able to collect new email addresses in accordance with the guidelines, we offer our customers the opportunity to use an appropriate registration form. These forms can then be integrated on the own website and work exclusively with the Double-Opt-In procedure, which we have listed in our anti-spam guidelines. An exact proof of each registration by information about the Opt-In (source, IP & Timestamp) is given thereby.
5.  Each email campaign must include a link that allows the recipient to unsubscribe for future mailings. Furthermore, each mailing must contain a complete imprint so that the sender of the mailings can be identified. A concealment by means of the sender address is prohibited.
6.  recipient lists are automatically cleared of soft- and hardbounces. is a member of the Certified Senders Alliance and is therefore subject to the very strict conditions to which all users of must adhere.
How do I report a complaint?
Each email campaign receives a unique mailing ID from us. This can be found in the header of the email. Such an ID helps us to identify the sender of the email more quickly and to obtain information about the background of an unwanted mailing. In case of complaints, it is mandatory to include the mailing ID. Alternatively, you can also send us the complete email as an attachment to abuse [at]
